My RD28 Nissan diesel 1996.

The Nissan RD28 diesel engine and AT before instalation.

Above: This is the 1996 Nissan RD28 diesel engine, 6 cilinders in line, 12 or 18 valves (I don't know for sure now), naturally aspirated, which I used to swap into my 1989 Mercedes 300E gasoline car.

The donor car was (probably) a Nissan Laurel Medalist, the japanese car which was constructed with this engine.

Right: this is the RD28 when installed in 2006. Now it has more than 10 years working on it nonstop. Maybe he will retire soon, to continue working for a new owner, who cares for it. .
