Framed and sentenced to death by the Alaska State Trooper Brian Glenn for exercising my right to remain silent.

I am a 71 year old veteran cancer patient with traumatic brain injury. They tried to put me in assisted living 3 years ago and I sleep in a hospital bed. I have a PCA that comes every day to make sure I remember to take my medicine and eat. I have never spent a day in prison.

I was maced tasered beaten and falsely arrested by Brian C Glenn of the Soldotna branch of the Alaska State troopers. Here is what really happened as well as what happened in the jail

UNTIL NOW it was just his word against mine but now I have proof the troopers edited out huge amounts of recordings that would exonerate me and send them to prison. The description below will tell you what is missing, They only gave excerpts if the stop which showed they had audio recording but did not release all the audio. the cars also have video but not released as well as video and audio from the jail.

My attorney is operating in the best interests of the troopers. My attorney attended the 1st hearing, I didn't have to attend. After which he sent me a packet of documents and a cd with 4 files listed on it. The documents were all legal stuff including the cops statements. The cd with the 4 files listed, only had 3 files on it. All were audio, none video and NONE from the jail.

There was no audio of the initial contact when I liked cops and found no need to record them. In fact there is no recording of me till AFTER I was beaten. That part shows that I did not refuse to identify, he asked for a drivers license and I told him I gave up driving because of a head injury and I am no longer able to function properly. . Had he asked for ID I had that. He even listed it in his report as a driver's license rather than an ID card. It would also show he knew I had a head injury and could not drive.

It did contain the phone call to my friend verifying I was not driving and that I was old and handicapped. Am officers report said he said he was not surprised I was violent. That does not appear in the recording. there are other examples of several false statements like the id card being used as a driver's license in the reports.

After that what was then missing was my exercising my right to remain silent when he kept trying to continue to make a DUI out of it and how he used my head injury to instigate a situation for him to tase mace and and beat me. The recording then picks up with them yelling to stop resisting while they twist my arms and body into impossible positions causing me to scream.

THERE IS NO RECORDING OF ME UNTIL AFTER THE BEATING.

The documents show that he then charged me with assault to cover up HIS crimes.

This all took place in front of the cops car with video but they refused to release the video because it would show the cops lied on their reports.

Also missing was the jail video and audio which showed the abuse as well as the false imprisonment for another day for accusing the topper of violating my rights and beating me to a guard. He said it was for not cooperating. It also shows where they made me wait for clean clothes when I shit myself because of prostate cancer. The guard claimed one guy locked in a cell streaming was keepin the entire jail staff occupied. My first knight was in a suicide vest on a concrete floor. It didn’t take anybody to control me. He just walked off. So much for future medical treatment for my prostate cancer. I had to go naked in front of 5 or 6 other people till they brought me clean clothes. They also made fun and laughed at my face and cancer. It is all in the video they refuse to release.

I emailed my attorney about the missing files and questioned him about the missing audio file on the cd, the obviously altered recording of the stop and the missing files from the jail. I never got a reply.

I recently found out that the car's video also contains someone who put a knee or foot into my stomach which set off the crapping myself as well as a week of crapping and pissing blood. What is common with those two? The prostate. There is good evidence the cancer tumor broke open and it has started to spread all through my body in the bloodstream. Now we are talking about months at best if this just went away.

If I go to court, No doubt I will go to prison. They tried to put me in assisted living three years ago. I sleep in a hospital bed. How am I going to protect myself from murderers who would beat me to death over my food. Two weeks at best.

I have also had a visitor at my house. He suggested I stop proclaiming my innocence on the internet and open his coat and showed me a gun. Although he had a mask on he had close sideburns and a black semiautomatic in a locking holster like the police use. That reinforced the message from the guard at the jail that gave me an extra day for proclaiming my innocence.

I don’t have a problem with dying, I've been there twice and close a dozen times. I am no longer able to walk unaided. They tried to put me in an assisted living facility 3 years ago. At this point I will be glad to get it over with. No matter who pulls the trigger, Alaska state trooper Glenn is the one who murdered me. Other troopers are covering it up by editing the recordings you will hear. One thing I am not going to do is show up at any rigged trial without the evidence that will exonerate me..

I can’t even call a friend to talk to. I don’t know anybody here. If I need to make an important phone call my PCA has to come early to help me because I get so frustrated I can't take notes or remember things important.

Glenn may have sentenced me to death, but I can still say when, where and how.

If you drive your friend to the bank to make a deposit and he robs it and kills the guard, you get charged with it even though you sat in the car in the parking lot. Every cop there that night, the cops that edited the audio and video at the jail should be charged with my murder.

This ain’t about me any more it is about bad cops and rights. Don’t worry about a lawyer for me now, I think my court date is the middle of april. Find a lawyer that will go after them after I am dead.

Brian Glenn sentenced me to death and the troopers that edited the audio and refused to release the video that would exonerate me to cover it up are also guilty. They had better be willing to kill me too.

I REFUSE TO GO TO COURT WITHOUT THOSE RECORDINGS OR A LAWYER.They will come to my house to arrest me. They will take me out in a body bag.It will be murder.

When it does happen you all see to it the FBI gets a link to this page. That includes if I get shot before court too. They will get all the recordings and charge Brian Glenn with my murder.

I've been wondering why the good lord has been keeping me around and bringing me back so many times. Well this is it. Use me as the poster child for what happens when a bad cop goes too far on somebody already waiting to die. I got nothing to lose.
