I work as a project engineer at Wipro Technologies, Bangalore, India. I worked on Java / C++ / C on the project Secure User Plane Location (SUPL) Protocol. SUPL) employs user plane data bearers for transferring location information (e.g GPS assistance) and for carrying positioning technology-related protocols between a SUPL Enabled Terminal (SET) and the network. SUPL is considered to be an effective way of transferring location information required for computing the target SET’s location. It has been quite a challenge to learning new languages, mastering and implementing them over a very short period of time. My job has taught me the art of working and coordinating in a team and achieving the targets. It involves understanding the requirements, sharing the same with the team and ultimately implementing them to get a quality product.
"Developed ATM-machine's software during the JAVA training program at Wipro Technologies, Bangalore, India". It was a part of Project Readiness Program (PRP), that is conducted for freshers joining Wipro Technologies.
July’05-March’06: Senior Year Thesis: “Analysis of multi-dimension heat conduction by Finite Volume Approach”. The thesis analyses the nature of isotherms obtained when a sheet of metal is exposed to different thermodynamic conditions at different boundaries.
Summer 2005: Industry Internship: “Study of process capability of critical manufacturing processes (G40 Housing)” at Heavy Vehicles Transmission Limited, Tata Motors, Jamshedpur, India.
