مرحباً بكم في مجمع الرواشدة. تأسس المجمع في عام 2004 كواجهة محلات تجارية و فوقها طابق أول يحتوي على 5 مكاتب بمساحة إجمالية قدرها 653 متر مربع. لقد تم إكمال الطابقين الثاني و الثالث في عامي 2005 و 2006 على التوالي ، و كل منهما يحتوي على 7 مكاتب.

في عام 2009 يحتوي المجمع على 20 من المحلات التجارية و المكاتب لخدمات مثل الإتصالات، محلات تحف و هدايا، مختبر طبي، عيادات أسنان، تكنولوجيا المعلومات و خدمات إنترنت، خدمات مالية، مكتب تحرير أخبار، مورد كتب جامعية، مكاتب هندسية للمقاولات، مبيعات معدات تنقية المياه، و مؤسسة تركيب مصاعد.

يتكون مجمع الرواشدة من 3 طوابق للمكاتب مبنية فوق طابق أرضي من المحلات التجارية. تم تجهيز المجمع من الداخل على مستوى عالي، و تحتوي جميع المكاتب على دورة مياه خاصة مع شاوَر، بالإضافة إلى مطبخ صغير. يوجد في المجمع مصعد و درج واسع و مدخل سهل لذوي الحاجات الخاصة. معظم المستأجرين لديهم خدمة إنترنت و تلفزيون. مكتب إدارة المجمع يقع في الطابق الثاني و من أولوياته الإهتمام بحاجات المستأجرين.

Welcome to the Rawashdeh Center. Established in 2004, the center started as a shop front and a first level floor consisting of 5 offices spanning 635 square meters. The second and third floors, containing 7 offices each, were finished in 2005 and 2006 respectively.

As of 2009, the 20 center offices/shops are rented to various professionals including telecommunications, art and souvenirs shops, medical labs, dental clinics, webhosting and information technology, financial services, news media, educational book suppliers, real estate development, water purification solutions, and elevator builders.

The Rawashdeh Center consists of 3 floors of office space over a ground level shop front. The interior has been finished to a high standard and all offices include a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. The building is also equipped with an elevator, a wide staircase, and easy access for visitors with special needs. Most of our tenants have internet access and television. The building manager office is located on the second floor and is easily reached and responsive to the needs of the tenants.
