Hearing of Penny Bright's interim injunction application has been scheduled: 10am on Monday, 14th May 2018 at the Auckland High Court

 Anti-corruption / transparency whistleblower Penny Bright is making an urgent callout to other ratepayers throughout New Zealand ( and anyone else who cares for democracy and the rule of law ) for financial assistance to save her house from being sold by Auckland Council on the 24th of April 2018 - while that organisation remains unchallenged by the Ministry of Local Government on its non-compliance with the Public Records Act.
