Rochester Area Neighborhood House operates a food pantry, providing emergency food for individuals and families who are struggling to feed themselves and their children.  Food orders are assembled Monday thru Thursday.  Those needing food must complete a screening application at the RANH main offices during our intake hours from 11:30 to 2:30 Monday thru Thursday.  Food Assistance is also available from 4:30pm to 6:30pm by appointment only on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month for our working clients.  You must call our offices at 248 651-5836 to schedule an evening food appointment.  Make sure you bring all required documentation found in this link What you need to get service with you when applying for food.  Food assistance is available once a month or six times a year per family.  Food orders are customized to meet specific dietary health needs and enough food is supplied to last 10 to 14 days
The food pantry is located at the First Congregational Church on 1315 Pine Street in Rochester.  The food pantry welcomes donations from those in the community including canned or non-perishable food items.  See our Wish list page for a list of the most critical items we need.
