NOTICE:  THE TOWNSHIP BOARD HAS PASSED A RESOLUTION LIMITING THE LIABILITY OF OUR SNOW PLOW CONTRACTOR IN DAMAGE TO TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS' MAILBOXES.  IN MANY CASES THEY WILL NO LONGER BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGED INCURRED TO OLDER NON-STRUCTURALLY SOUND MAILBOX POSTS.

Public Hearings:              GENERALLY are at 6:30 on the First Tuesday with the regular PC meeting to follow

SPECIAL MEETING/PUBLIC HEARINGS

RANDOLPH TOWNSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of Randolph Township has rescheduled the March Planning Commission meeting to Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 6:30pm at the Randolph City Hall. The purpose of the special meeting is to hold a public hearing and consider recommendations to the Town Board regarding action from the public hearing. The Town Board may be in attendance at the special meeting. The regular March meeting of the Planning Commission will follow the public hearing.

Hearing #1. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the Variance application from Joe O’Gorman, 29615 Faith Court, Cannon falls, MN 55009, to allow the addition of an attached garage with an approximately 10 foot exception to the required 80 foot setback from the centerline of Faith Court on the property legally described, Lot 2, Block 2, of Byllesby Shores

(Dakota County parcel number 31-15900-02-020).

All interested parties are urged to attend these hearings or submit written comment to be read at the public hearings.
