I am Venkat Ram Reddy Ganuthula, Assistant Professor in Human Capital and Organizational Dynamics area at SME, IIT Jodhpur.

Prior to moving to IIT Jodhpur, I worked as a faculty in Organization Management area at IIT Delhi.

I teach MBA, Executive MBA as well as the Undergrad programs.

I have eclectic research interests spanning disciplines such as Behavioral Science, Economics, Evolutionary Biology, Neuroscience, and Organization Science among others.

Not so long ago, I spent four delightful years at IIT Madras before graduating with an MSc & PhD in Management Science.
