Ramdeo is from a paradise called Guyana. He describes himself as geographically South American, culturally Caribbean and ethnically Indian but Guyanese at heart. The mainstay of the Guyanese economy is agriculture accounting for 35% of GDP. With agriculture in his blood, Ramdeo decided to pursue graduate studies to realize his dream encapsulated in Mahatma Gandhi's words "Be the change you want to see in the world".
