Chicken & Noodles

1 Rotisserie Chicken- already prepared from the Deli at your local Grocer

2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup

2 boxes (32 oz. each) of Chicken Stock (or homemade if you have it)

1 Tbsp. of Poultry Seasoning

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. black pepper

1 Package of Frozen Noodles (24 oz.) These are the dumpling type noodles

Directions:

Shred or chop chicken into bite size pieces. Set aside. In large stock pot or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients except chicken and noodles. Bring to a rolling boil. Add noodles and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn’t stick. It will seem too soupy but it’s going to be perfect, I promise. Add chicken and heat for 10 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes.
