1 tbsp oil
2/3 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
2 oz white chocolate
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
salt, to taste
Place oil in a large pot and turn heat up to high. Place one popcorn kernel in the pot and cover with a lid. Once the kernel pops, pour in the rest of the kernels, cooking over high heat until the popping slows to a stop.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second increments, stirring after each round, until smooth. Use a rubber spatula to stir the melted chocolate into the popcorn.
Melt the marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl for 15-20 seconds, until puffy and starting to melt. Quickly stir the marshmallows into the popcorn until mixed thoroughly.
