4 oz fettuccine noodles
3 oz baby spinach
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
salt, to taste
Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Cook the fettuccine according to package directions.
Meanwhile, saute the spinach in the oil over medium heat until the spinach begins to wilt.
Add in the garlic, shrimp, Italian seasoning and salt.
Saute for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turns pink.
Drain the fettuccine and top with the spinach and shrimp mixture, then top with the Parmesan cheese.
