The tournament shall be conducted using ECF rapidplay rules and the results shall be submitted for grading.
Entrance to the event is free to all club members.
It shall be an all play all event with each player shall play every other entrant once during the evening. Colours shall be decided by the tournament controller. The time control is 20/10, i.e. each player shall have 20 minutes for the game with an increment of 10 seconds per move added from the start of the game.
The tournament controller is Martin Taylor.
