Since November 2012, I am a member of The School of Computer Science and Software Engineering at The University of Western Australia where I pursue my Ph.D. in Computer Science. I am advised by Prof. Ajmal Mian and my research is on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition. More specifically, my research interests include action recognition using RGB-Depth sensors, spatio-temporal action localization, domain adaptation and deep networks.
I received my B.Sc. from Isfahan University of Technology (IUT) in 2004 and M.Sc. from Shahid Beheshti University (SBU) in 2010, both in Software Engineering. At SBU, I  worked under supervision of Dr. Mohsen Ebrahimi Moghaddam on Image watermarking in Frequency Domain and Real-time Scheduling Algorithms
