Racing Rules

General Rules

General Rules for all Championship Classes.

The exception rule is that any car deemed by the scrutineer as un-repairable maybe replaced by another of the same class for the rest of the meet. Any other circumstance is deemed as racing!

Chassis maybe trimmed to allow for body rock. This rule is meant as a guideline and as such is not open to abuse. Any excess work carried out on a chassis will mean that it will be barred from the night's racing.

Exhausts may be trimmed off if they are the type that stops the body from rocking.

Weight maybe added but must be positioned within the car securely.

Low profile, zero grip or worn tyres may be used as fronts only. Varnish or Superglue maybe applied to front tyres but must be dried when placed on the track.

Tyres must be dry when placed on the track.

Rear tyres may be glued to the rims.

Full interiors or box standard interiors must be fitted at all times.

Gluing or taping of the motor to its mounting is allowed so as to stop motor rock.

Gluing of rear axle bearings into their respective mounts is allowed.

Silicone or sponge tyres are not allowed under any circumstance.

Rear & front wheels must not protrude outside of the body line unless it can be proved on the real thing.
