This webinar looks at where we are now in terms of eBook accessibility, and asks what more librarians and disability advocates can do to ensure reading equality for all.

  • Dr Paul Harpur discusses how widespread eBook availability is reshaping library collections and transforming access to information for the print disabled.
  • Pam Schindler talks about what makes an eBook accessible and offers practical advice on how to implement inclusive purchasing in your organisation. Pam discusses what UQ learnt from undertaking the Jisc accessibility snapshot earlier this year.
  • Tom Joyce provides a timely update on changes to copyright and the implications of the Marrakesh Treaty for libraries
