Client Contact Points and Spaces

Terms of Reference
  1. To monitor the environment to identify emerging issues and trends in virtual and physical frontline services and spaces relevant to QULOC libraries.
  2. To provide a forum for benchmarking and the exchange of information on good practice, resources and strategies relating to virtual and physical frontline services and spaces, and where appropriate recommend models and methodologies.
  3. To cooperatively discuss and develop professional development programs relating to virtual and physical frontline services and spaces in QULOC libraries.
  4. To communicate and collaborate with other QULOC Working Parties and practitioner groups on matters of shared interest.
  5. To advise and make recommendations to the University Librarians on virtual and physical frontline services and spaces issues relevant to QULOC.
