4-5 Russet potatoes peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1.5 cups water
1 small (1 lb) bag of baby carrots
1 pound of pre-cut stew meat
1 package Lipton Onion Soup
Garlic Salt to taste (about 1 tablespoon)
Peel and cut the potatoes the night before, leave them in salt water in the crock pot inside the fridge. The next morning,dump out the salt water and add all the other ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients together in the crock-pot. Leave in the crock-pot on low for about 8-9 hours on low. Stir again before serving, scoop into bowls, and enjoy a home-cooked meal!
