Who coordinates the Centre's programs?

Fr. Christopher Pulchny, OMI - Director

Fr. Chris was born on October 4, 1950 in Vancouver, BC. He joined the Oblates in 1968 and was ordained to the priesthood on October 4, 1975. Father did parish ministry at St. Casimir's, Toronto; Holy Ghost, Winnipeg; and St. Henry's in Melville, SK. Twice he was named Provincial Superior of Assumption Province for a total of twelve years. In 2006 Father was assigned as Director of Administrative Services for Queen of Apostles. Maintaining his home base at Queen of Apostles; in February, 2007, Fr. Chris was assigned additional responsibilities in Lesotho, Africa. He was appointed Director of Queen of Apostles Renewal Centre in August 2011.

Fr. Peter was born on October 8, 1967. Hgrew up in west-end Toronto. He joined the Oblates in 2001, after experiencing their commitment to ministry among the immigrants at St. Casimir Parish in Toronto. He was ordained a priest on June 14, 2006. Since then, he made many friends and strove to bring many closer to God’s love in the parishes of St. Eugene de Mazenod in Brampton and at Holy Ghost in Winnipeg. Since August 2013 he is enjoying the privilege to be a part of pastoral team at Queen of Apostles Renewal Centre.

Fr. Pawel Ratajczak

Fr. Pawel Ratajczak OMI was born in Poland in 1976.  At the age of 10, his family immigrated to Canada, living in Toronto and Mississauga.  He attended the University of Waterloo, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  Fr. Pawel joined the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate in 2000, and was ordained a priest in 2007.  He was an associate pastor at St. Casimir’s parish in Toronto, and then director of the Catholic Youth Studio daily radio program.  In 2013, Fr. Pawel was sent for further studies to the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome.  There, he completed a licentiate (STL) and a doctorate (STD) in theology with a specialization in spirituality.  Fr. Pawel brings with him an interest, both academic and practical, in the spirituality of marriage and the family.  He joined the team at Queen of Apostles in the summer of 2017.

Mrs. Anne Hales

Mrs. Anne Hales, was born in Toronto. She is married, a mother of two sons, and grandmother to two boys. Her ministry in the Archdiocese of Toronto began in her home parish in 1965. Anne joined the Oblate retreat staff at the Centre in 1985. She preaches retreats with the Oblates and is a certified spiritual director.
