Macdonald College, Farm Management and Technology Program

The Farm Management and Technology (FMT) Program is a 3-year academic and practical college program offered on the Macdonald Campus, and taught by the staff of the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences of McGill University.

The QWI acknowledges and greatly appreciates the support and collaboration of Macdonald College. We are proud supporters of scholarships and bursaries for its farm management students.

4-H Quebec (http://www.quebec4-h.com)

QWI Branches have enjoyed long-standing relationships with 4-H clubs. Local WI Branch members are called upon as judges at the 4-H Provincial Rallies, and some Branches support their 4-H Clubs with prizes, plaques and donations. The QWI is currently a 4-H "Supporter."

Quebec Farmers' Association (QFA) (http://www.quebecfarmers.org)

The QFA has offered to publish articles in their newsletter, Quebec Farmers Advocate, submitted by QWI, its Counties and Branches! The February 2017 edition article covers the 70th Anniversary of Fordyce Branch, Missisquoi County.

Contact Cynthia Jackson, QWI Vice President for more information about submitting an article to the QFA Advocate.
