Accommodation

Resident participants of the Quantum Systems in Chemistry & Physics-XII Workshop will be accommodated in Gowar Hall and Wedderburn Hall on the Royal Holloway campus.

Registered resident participants will be entitled to:

  • Entry to the main QSCP-XII workshop meeting room*
  • Morning coffee/tea served with Danish pastries
  • Two course self-service lunch served with tea/coffee
  • Afternoon tea/coffee served with biscuits
  • Basic audio-visual equipment (overhead projector & screen, flip chart)
  • Afternoon tea/coffee served with biscuits
  • Pens, paper & pencils
  • Mineral water and mints
  • Three course self-service dinner with tea/coffee
  • Overnight accommodation in a single room
  • Full English breakfast

Each registered resident participant will be accommodated in a Premium En Suite Room
