Guidelines for submitting an abstract to the QSCP-XII workshop

You are asked to follow these guidelines when submitting an abstract for either oral or poster presentation:

Abstracts should be no longer than one side of A4 paper in portrait orientation. Top and bottom margins should be set to 2.54 cm. Left and right margins should be 3.17cm. Verdana font is preferred.

The title of the abstract should be as concise as possible and should appear in bold, upper and lower case, and centred. Please use 12pt font for the title. 

Authors should be given below the title in normal font and the presenting author should be marked with an asterisk (*). Please use 10pt font for the authors. 

Affiliations should be given in italics and should be placed below the list of authors with different authors affiliations identified by superscript lower case letters - a, b, c, etc. Please use 10pt font for the affiliation.

The main body of text to be fully justified in 10pt font.

Single line spacing throughout.

References, denoted by superscript numbers in the text, should be listed at the end of the text.

The use of figures, graphs and schemes can be used where this aids the understanding of the text

Abstracts should be sent, preferably as an MS Word or pdf email attachment, to quantumsystems@gmail.com with the subject line 'QSCP-XII abstract'

Please include your full address and contact details of the presenting author in the email and indicate whether you are submitting an oral or a poster presentation
