When we built our facility, we went to great expense and effort to make them the highest QUALITY storage units anywhere.  Added construction details offer our customers far more than any other facility can offer.  We have plywood roofing covered with architectural shingles to eliminate condensation.  We also have overhangs with over-sized gutters and downspouts to eliminate dripping and splashing near the doors.  We installed plastic under the concrete to prevent condensation from coming through the floor.  We believe these extras make for the driest, cleanest storage possible.  When you remove your personal items from our units they should be just the way they were when you stored them.
