I am a postdoc in Wataru Uegaki's group in the Department of Linguistics and English Language at the University of Edinburgh. Previously I was a postdoc in Floris Roelofsen's group at the Institute for Language, Logic, and Computation.

I am mainly interested in natural language semantics and pragmatics. I combine formal, computational and cognitive approaches to study what meanings are, how they emerge, how they are used, and how they are related to communication, thinking and reasoning.

I obtained my PhD in Linguistics from Stanford University, my Master of Logic from the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC), University of Amsterdam, and my BS in Information and Computing Science, from the School of Mathematical Sciences, Peking University.
