Installation Help Desk

Installation assistance is available from the Camp Counselors. Please email all of us with any questions so that you have a faster response. You can reach us all through ucbpythonclass+bootcamp@gmail.com. If you don't get a response within a few hours, ping Nathaniel Smith (njs@berkeley.edu).

It is important that everyone have a working installation of Python on their laptop before we start on Wednesday. Please make sure you're ready to go a few days beforehand. We will host an in-person Installation Help Desk on Tuesday, August 18th from 1-4 pm at the Berkeley Institute for Data Science (in Doe Library on the UC Berkeley Campus). Bring your laptop!

We will also use a Gitter chatroom both during the Help Desk hours and during the camp itself to provide help. You can access it by going to https://gitter.im/profjsb/bootcamp2015 or by using the embedded version below. We can set up appointments for the channel through email, and we'll also be in the channel during the in-person Help Desk hours. You can use the client below if you'd like. (If there are issues, please email marwahaha@berkeley.edu or raise your hand!)
