How to make a balloon pyramid
(Sierpinski Tetrahedron)

One balloon tetrahedron

Tie four balloon tetrahedrons at their corners to make a larger (quad) tetrahedron

Tie four "quad" together to make a sixteen balloon tetrahedrons

Now connect four 16 balloon tetrahedrons together to make a huge 64 balloon tetrahedrons.

This follows the Sierpinski rule that it is possible to reproduce certain regular shapes to create larger versions of the original.
