Hello! สวัสดีค่ะ! Bonjour!

Pylin Chuapetcharasopon (Pie-lin Chua-pet-cha-ra-so-pon) here! Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, I moved to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for my undergraduate degrees in Ecology (BSc) and Psychology (BA). I then moved across the country to Waterloo, Ontario to complete my Master’s and PhD degrees in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology. I have also lived in the United States, and have lived and worked in France. My deep interest in cultures, cultural psychology, and cultural diversity stem from these international experiences, growing up attending an international school (International School Bangkok), and traveling through 26 countries. I speak English and Thai fluently, but am still a beginner and life-long learner of French.

As a consultant in I/O psychology, my aim is to use evidence-based management and data analytics in global talent management and the HR/workforce/people analytics group to create happier and more engaged workers in addition to more effective leaders and teams, resulting in increased organizational performance. I also strive to encourage intercultural understanding and cross-cultural effectiveness in the workplace for locals working in multicultural environments and expats working abroad.

I read widely on various topics such as sustainability, fitness, health, design, travel, psychology, and lifehacks.

You can learn more about me at my LinkedIn page or my blog

Looking forward to working with you!
