Note: You can also access signatures by opening a new email message, then clicking Signature Including group and signatures again.
Step4. Tap on New to build your Outlook signature in the Signatures and Stationery window.
Step5. In the Signature section, create your own signature block. Use affordable formatting tools.
Note: The Outlook editor offers pretty basic formatting tools. If you're not happy with the impact they provide, you can use a free email signature generator to create a ready-to-use signature template. After adjusting your template to fit your needs, just copy/paste it into the Outlook editor.
Step6. Select the Pre-Signature section, specify which email account should receive the signature (applies if you use more than one email account) and whether you add it to new messages and/or replies/transfers. If all settings are ready, save the changes by clicking OK.
Step7. To check that the signature is working correctly, open a new email message. The signature must already be there.
Note: If you have not selected your signature as default, you must manually add it before writing a new message. You can add your signature to the "Signature" button in the "Message Ribbon".

If you have not selected a subscription option for your signature, you can manually add it to your email.
Open your inbox.
Click the + New Messages menu option on the left.

Select the signature in the edit box, select the signature to which you want to add a logo or image.
Select Image Icon Insert an image from your device image, insert your image file, and select Insert.
To resize your image, right-click the image, then select Picture. Choose the Size and use the options to resize your image. To save image proportions, make sure you keep the Lock Ratio checkbox.
When finished, select OK, then select OK again to save the changes to your signature.
