Supplies
* Scrapkit Vintage Letters beauty from Rainy day scraps. It's a payed kit and you can buy it here at aussie scraps.
* Tube of choice, I used 2 tubes from jennifer janesko , I bought it from CILM, don't use these tubes without a license!
* Eye candy 4000, gradient glow (optional)

1 Open a new image 600 by 600, I always use a big image so you have some room to move with your tubes etc, you can always crop later.
2 Floodfill this layer with white
3 Open Vintageletters_Polaroid2_RDS in psp
4 Edit/Copy. Edit paste as a new layer
5 Click with your magic wand inside the frame with these settings:

6 Selections/Modify/Expand by 5
7 Layers/New raster layer
7 Open a paper from your kit, I used paper2, put that in the foreground of your materialpalette as a pattern, angle 0, scale 100
8 Floodfill the layer with the paper.
9 Don't deselect!
10 Open one of your tubes and paste as a new layer on the working image.
11 Resize if necessary, make sure all layers are UNchecked and move it in the frame.
12 When your satisfied, selections/Invert and click once on the delete button of your keyboard.
13 Go to the paper layer and do the same thing.
14 Move both layers underneath the framlayer but make sure the tube is on top of the paperlayer.
15 Give the tube layer a dropshadow with these settings: (or use your own)

Horizontal/Vertical: 2
Opacity: 55
Blur: 5
Color black
Shadow on new layer UNchecked

16 Make sure you are on the toplayer, Layers/Merge/Merge down, twice. You now should have one framed picture as a layer.
17 Open Vintageletters_Frame2_RDS in your psp.
18 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer
19 Resize with 80%, all layers UNchecked.
20 Repeat step 5 until 16 with your other tube and another paper from your kit.
21 When you're ready, use your Picktool to rotate this a little to the right, see my tag for reference and move it under the first frame layer.
22 Now you can let your imagination have some fun LOL, just open the embellishments you want to use and decorate the tag and the frames. I used the flowers and resized them in different sizes. I also used the pins to make the frames pinned :-) I used the eraser tool to remove some of the pin so it looks like it's going through the paper. I used tag 3 and put it on the left side of the frame and pinned it on the frame. I rotated one of the pins a bit and pinned it between the two frames.
23 I used some buttons to decorate some more.
24 Open tag2 and paste as a new layer.
25 I moved it a bit under the flowers so it looked like it's dangling a bit.
26 Take your text tool and a nice font, I used inspiration and typ your name on the tag.
27 Layers/Convert to a raster layer
28 Give it a dropshadow or use Eyecandy to give it a glow, I had my color on a color from the tag and the size of the glow is 3
29 Give all embellishments and your frames a dropshadow.
30 Resize your tag to your preference, I resized mine with 85%, all layers CHECKED.
31 Add your watermark and necessary copyrights.
32 Save as a jpeg!

That's it!!! I hope you had fun making this tutorial.
