Supplies

* Scrapkit Imagine by Creative Intentionz. It's a payed kit and you can buy it at Aussie Scraps
* Tube of your choice, I used a tube from Barbara Jensen bought here. Don't use without a license!
* Font of choice, I used hippiedisplayfont for the word spring, found here and a fancy font for my name, of course you can use a font of your own
* Cloud tubes, found here
* Mask WSL mask 254 by weescotslass here. Put the mask in your maskfolder in psp.

* My supplies here
Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 1200 by 800, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop or resize later, don't worry, we do this :-)
2 Floodfill this layer with white
3 Layer new raster layer.
4 Pick a color from your kit or your tube, I used #a4c4e2, and floodfill the layer with the color.
5 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your WSL mask 254 with these settings:

Source luminance checked
Fit to canvas checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked

6 Layers/Merge/Merge group
7 Open one of the papers in psp, I used paper 3 and put this in the background of your materialspalette, angle 0, scale 100.
8 Put a colore from your tube in your foreground, I used a blue from my tube.
8 Take your texttool, size 350,linestyle solid and the width set to 2.

9 Write down the word "Spring", I used uppercase for the letter "S" and the rest in lowercase.
10 When you click apply, pull the nodes a bit to fit it to the canvas and pull it up a bit to make them larger. (you can also use your picktool to show the nodes) Like this:

11 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
12 Move to the bottom of the tag, see mine for refererence.
13 Open your tube of choice, resize if needed.
14 Edit/Copy, Edit paste as a new layer.
15 Move under the spring layer, see my tag for reference.
16 Now it's up to your imagination here, just open all butterflies, ladybugs, birds, flowers etc you want to use and move them around the word spring, see my tag for reference. You can resize them to your liking :-)
17 Open the cloud tubes I provided in psp.
18 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
19 Move them on top of the blue masklayer, so it looks like the blue sky.
20 Repeat with all of them.
21 If you like it you can always go to Layers/Duplicate and use some more
22 Open the springwordarts from the kit in psp.
23 Image/Resize them in different sizes.
24 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
25 Repeat with all of them.
26 Move them around on the tag, see mine for reference.
27 Give everything a dropshadow of choice or use mine:

Horizontal 0
Vertical 0
Opacity 55
Blur 10
color black, shadow on new layer UNchecked

28 Take your texttool again and use a fancy font and write your name. I put a brown color in my background in my materialspalette and my foreground on transparent.
29 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
30 Give a nice dropshadow or use eyecandy 4000/Gradient glow. I use a pink color and the glow width set to 3.
31 Image/resize with 50%, all layers CHECKED or to your liking.
32 Add your watermark and necessary copyright.
33 Save as a jpeg!

That's it!!!

I hope you had fun making this tag
