Supplies

* Scrapkit Sparkling Sapphire by Grunge and Glitter scraps. It's a payed kit and you can buy it at Aussie Scrap Design
* Tube of your choice, I used a tube from Blonde Blythe, at CILM, now she is with MPT. Don't use without a license.
* Mask sg_featherleaf-frame made by my dear friend Sandie, she makes beautiful masks :-)Thanks for letting me use it. So sweet of you :-) Put the mask in your maskfolder in your psp files.
* Fonts of choice
* My supplies here*
* Eyecandy 4000 gradient glow (optional)

Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 700 by 700, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop later, floodfill with white.
2 Open frame1 from your kit in psp.
3 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
4 Take your magic wand, with these settings and click in all the white spaces in the frame. Make sure the whole frame is selected.



5 Selections/Modify/Expand with 6 pixels
6 Open one of your papers from the kit in psp, I used paper 6 and put it in the foreground of your materials palette, angle 0, scale 100.
7 Layers/New raster layer.
8 Floodfill this layer with the paper. Make sure you fill all selections. Do not deselect yet.
9 Open glitterdoodle in psp.
10 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste into selection
9 Selections/Select none
10 Move this layer under the frame layer.
11 Give the framelayer a dropshadow of choice or use mine:



Horizontal: 0
Vertical: 0
Opacity: 55
Blur: 5
color: black
shadow on new layer UNchecked.

12 Layers/Merge/Merge down
13 Image/Resize with 50%, all layers UNchecked.
14 Move it to the left side, see my tag for reference
15 Layers/Duplicate
16 Image Mirror
17 Layers/Duplicate
18 Image/Free rotate with these settings:



left, 90 degrees

18 Image/Flip
19 Arrange the three frames together, see my tag for reference or to your liking.
20 Open the starcharm in psp.
21 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
22 Image resize with 50%, all layers UNchecked
23 Move this to the right framelayer on the bow, see my tag for reference
24 Open flower 1 from the scrapkit in psp
25 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer
26 Image resize with 30%, all layers UNchecked.
27 Give them both the dropshadow.
28 Open bowcharm into psp.
29 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer
30 Image resize with 50% all layers UNchecked.
31 Move this to the bow on the left frame.
32 Give it a dropshadow.
33 Make sure you are on the white backgroundlayer.
34 Layers/New raster layer
35 Floodfill with the same paper as before.
36 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your sg_featherleaf-frame from sandie with these settings:



Source Luminance checked
Fit to canvas checked
Invert transparency checked
Hide all mask checked

37 Layers/Merge/Merge group
38 Image resize with 80%, all layers UNchecked.
39 Open chrystaldragonfly in psp.
40 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
41 Layers/Arrange/Bring to top
42 Image resize with 50%, all layers UNchecked.
43 Move this on top of the two topframes, see my tag for reference.
44 Open your tube in psp.
45 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
46 Move this to the bottom of the layout you made or somewhere you like the best.
47 Give it a dropshadow of choice or use mine.
48 Open glitterflower1 in psp
49 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
50 Resize with 50%
51 Move this to the bottom of the tag.
52 Duplicate this as often as you like and resize them in different sizes.
53 Arrange them on your tag
54 Open a font of your choice, I love to use curly fonts and write down your name.
55 Layers/Convert to a raster layer
56 Give it a dropshadow in a color you like, or use eyecandy 4000 gradient glow like I did. I used the default settings and a bright color from the tag as glow.
57 Image resize with 75%, all layers CHECKED.
58 Add your watermark and the copyright info
59 Save as a jpeg.

That's it!!! I hope you had fun making this tutorial.
