This tut uses PSPX2 but can be used with other versions.

* Scrapkit Santa claus is coming by Aussie Scraps Designs. It's a payed kit and you can buy it at Aussie scraps
* Tube of your choice, I used a tube from Pin Up Toons, bought at CILM. Don't use this without a license!
*Fonts of choice, I used a nice handwriting font.
*Mask WSL mask 298 by weescotslass here
* Plugins, VanDerLee Snowflakes, here, install this in your pluginfolder.
* You need animation shop for the snow.
* My supplies here
Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 700 by 700, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop or resize later.
2 Layers/New raster layer.
3 Floodfill this layer with a color from the kit or the tube, I used #ead19f.
4 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your WSL mask 298 with these settings:

Source luminance checked
Fit to layer checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked

5 layers/Merg/Merge Group
6 Open one of the wreathframes in psp, I used the second one.
7 Edit/Copy, Edit paste as a new layer.
8 Image/Resize with 80%, all layers UNchecked.
9 Move it a bit to the top.
10 Open the moonhanger 2 and santa's workshop in psp
11 Edit/Copy, Edit paste as a new layer.
12 Resize to your liking, I resized with 40%, all layers UNchecked and smart size.
13 Move them both under the frame layer.
14 Image/Mirror the moon.
15 Open the santa from the scrapkit in psp.
16 Edit/Copy, Edit paste as a new layer.
17 Resize to your liking, I resized with 60%, all layers UNchecked and smart size.
18 Move it to the left side of the tag, see mine for reference.
19 Open the star hanger in psp.
20 Edit/Copy, Edit paste as a new layer.
21 Resize to your liking, I resized with 60%, all layers UNchecked and smart size.
22 Move this under the santa layer.
23 Open the ginger bell, flower and heart in psp.
24 Edit/Copy, Edit paste as a new layer.
25 Resize to your liking, I resized with 25 till 30%, all layers UNchecked and smart size.
26 Put them on the tag to your liking, see mine for reference.
27 Open your tube of choice in psp
28 Edit/Copy, Edit paste as a new layer.
29 Resize to your liking and move it to the right side of the tag.
30 Give it all a dropshadow of choice (not the mask layer but all the other one) or use mine:

Horizontal 2
Vertical 2
Opacity 55
Blur 5
color black, shadow on new layer UNchecked

31 Image resize with 70%, all layers CHECKED.
32 Add the copyright info and your watermark.
33 Take your text tool and write down your name in the star.
34 When your satisfied with the tag go back to your wreathframelayer. make sure that one is active and click inside it with your magic wand with these settings:

35 Selections/Modify/Expand with 10 pixels.
36 Layers/New raster layer
37 Effects/Plugins/VanDerLee/Snowflakes with these settings:

amount: 170
minimum size: 0
maximum size: 19
hardness: 100
transparency: 0
snow color: basic snow
random seed: 0

38 Selections/Select none
39 Move this layer under the framelayer.
40 Edit/Copy special, Edit/Copy merged
41 Open animationshop and paste as a new animation.
42 Now go back to your tag and undo three times until you have the selection back without the snow and then repeat steps 36 to 40, only change the random seed tab to 9307.
43 Edit/Paste after current frame in animation shop
44 Repeat these steps another time but change the random seed to 3333.
45 Edit/Select all
46 Animation/Frame properties and change the settings to 15
47 That's it, it's easy peasy with this plugin :-)
48 Now you can save your tag as a gif by using your optimation wizzard with these settings:

File/Optimation wizzard:

Click Next
(mine says volgende, yours sais next :-) I have a dutch version for this.
Click customize:

colors with these settings:

optimizations with these settings:

click OK. then next, next, next and finish
49 File save as a gif file :-)

That's it!!!
