* Scrapkit ToughENnuff kit by Casandra from Shabby Tagger. It's a PTU kit and you can buy it here* Tube of your choice, I used a tube by Angie Monasterio. You can buy her artwork at CILM Don't use her work without a license!
* Mask sg_geomatric-grungframe by my dear friend sandie. You can find her gorgeous masks here.
Put your mask in your maskfolder in psp.
* Filter Eyecandy 4000 optional
* Font flores, you can find it here in my supplies, together with the mask here
Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 600 by 600, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop later, floodfill with white
2 Open ShabbyTagger, toughEnuff frame in psp.
3 Resize with 60 %, all layers CHECKED.
4 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer on your canvas
5 Move it to the upper left corner but leave some room for the dropshadow.
6 click with your magic wand inside the frame with these settings:

mode add shift, RGB value, tolerance 0, contiguous checked, feather 0 inside checked. Selecions/Modify/Expand with 5
7 Open up your tube in psp, shift D to copy twice and close the original.
8 Image/Mirror one of the copies. Edit copy/Edit/Paste as a new layer.
9 Move this inside the frame and place to your liking.
10 Selections/Invert
11 Go to the tube layer and click once on the delete button on your keyboard. Don't deselect yet!!!
12 Open up a paper from your scrapkit in psp, I used paper1, Edit/Copy and Edit paste as a new layer.
13 Hit delete once on you keyboard again.
14 Select none
15 Move the layer under the tube layer and move both layers under the frame layer.
16 Make sure you are on the white background layer, Layers/New raster layer.
17 Open another paper from your kit, I used paper6, colorize if needed and paste as a new layer on your canvas.
18 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your sg_geometric-grungframe mask from sandie with these settings:

source luminance checked, fit to canvas checked, invert transparency checked, hide all mask checked.

19 Layers merge group
20 Image resize with 90%, bicubic checked and all layers UNchecked.
21 Open shabbytagger tuffENnuff belt from your scrapkit, colorize if needed.
22 Edit/Copy, Edit paste as a new layer.
23 Put this layer under your frame layer but on top of the masklayer.
24 Image resize with 70 %
25 Move this to the bottom of the masklayer, see my tag for reference.
26 Edit/Copy the other copy you made of the tube and past as a new layer.
27 Move to the right corner. See my example for reference.
28 Add a dropshadow to the tube layer, the frame layer and the tube in the frame, I used this:

29 Open shabbytagger tuffENnuff purse, resize with 50 % and paste as a new layer on your canvas.
30 Put this on your frame and use your eraser tool to remove a bit so it looks like it "hangs" on the frame.
31 Open your shabbytagger tuffENnuff bow1 and resize with 40%.
32 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer on your canvas. Move it to the top of your frame, see my tag for reference.
33 Open the shabbytagger tuffENnuff butterfly2, resize with 10%, all layers CHECKED and paste as a new layer on your canvas.
34 I duplicated it a few times and resized a few or mirrored them to put a few on the tag to my liking.
35 shabbytagger tuffENnuff sunglasses, resize with 30% all layers CHECKED, Edit copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer on your canvas.
36 Give all embellishments a dropshadow, I used the same one as before.
37 Move it to the bottom at your purse and rotate a bit with your picktool.
38 Take your text tool and write your name on the purse :-) I used flores but you can use whatever you like of course.
39 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
40 Give it a dropshadow or use eyecandy 400 gradient glow to give it a nice glow.

41 Image resize with 80% or to your liking, all layers CHECKED.
42 Add your watermark and proper credit.
43 Save as a jpeg.
