1 Open a new transparent image 700 by 700, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop or resize later.
2 Layers/New raster layer.
3 Open a paper from the kit. I used paper12, resize it to 700 by 700 pixels and put it in the foreground of your materials palette.
4 Floodfill the layer with the paper pattern.
5 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your Becky mask 022 with these settings:

Source luminance checked
Fit to layer checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked

6 Layers/Merge/Merge visible
7 Open frame 2, 3 and circle 1 in psp.
8 Resize with 20%, all layers CHECKED and smart size.
9 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer with all three frames.
10 Arrange them to your liking or use my tag for reference.
( Remember if you resize a scrap item and you copied it close the original without saving this, that way you always have the large one in your scrapkit. You can also shift D to duplicate first and close the original and work on the duplicate.)
11 Open three papers in psp.
12 Image/Resize to 700 by 700 pixels.
13 Click with your magic wand in the first frame with these settings:

14 Selections/Modify/Expand with two pixels.
15 Layers/New raster layer
16 Put one of the papers in the foreground of your materialspalette, settings are the same.
17 Floodfill the layer with the paper pattern.
18 Selections/Select none
19 Move this layer under the frame layer.
20 Now repeat the steps 13 to 19 with the other two frames and different papers.
21 Open one of the tubes and put her into the left frame on top of the paper but under the frame so it looks like she is peeking in :-)
22 Resize to your liking.
23 Open the 4 trees in psp, resize them in different sizes, I resized them a few times to get the best result.
24 Arrange them on the left side if your tag, see mine for reference.
25 Open the wordart magic of christmas1 in psp.
26 Image/Resize with 15% and move it to the bottom of the tag. (see mine)

35 Open the other tube and put her next to the reindeer.
36 Image/Resize to your liking.
37 Open the border one with the little gloves.
38 Image/Resize to fit in the bottom of the tag, I moved this layer on top of the frame layer.I removed some of the gloves to fit it more easily with my eraser tool.
39 Layers/Duplicate
40 Image/Resize some more and put that one on top of the first tube you added in the frame. that way you hide the sharp sides.
41 Give everything a dropshadow of choice or use mine:

Horizontal 2
Vertical 2
Opacity 55
Blur 5
color black, shadow on new layer UNchecked

42 Image/Resize with 80% all layers CHECKED. (I have a large one because I used it as a header for my incredimailstationery, if you like it a bit smaller resize with 70% for a tag.)
43 Add your copyright and watermark.
44 Take your texttool and write down your name. See my tag for reference.
45 I used two bright colors and put the stroke widht to 2.
