This tut uses PSPX2 but can be used with other versions.

* Scrapkit Flowers by Gizaa Design, it's a free kit, she has many more lovely kits on her site.
* Tubes of your choice, I used a few tubes from PinUpToons. I bought them at CDO with license CDO 1353 . Don't use this without a license!
* Font of choice, I used freebooter script from here
Remember to save often :-)
1 Open a new image 1000 by 800 pixels. I always use a large workspace, you can resize later.
2 Floodfill with white.
3 Take your selection tool with these settings:
rounded rectangle, feather 0
4 Go to the bottom of your page and draw a rectangle, make it as big as you want, or see my tag for reference.
5 Open a paper from your kit in psp, I used paper2.
6 Image/Resize to 1000 pixels width.
7 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
8 Selections/Invert and hit delete once on your keyboard.
9 Selections/Select none.
10 Take your selection tool again with the same settings and draw a smaller one on top of the first rectangle, I made it just a bit wider as the first one.
11 Open a paper in psp, I used paper7.
12 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
13 Selections/Invert and hit delete once on your keyboard.
15 Image/Resize 80% all layers UNchecked.
16 Move this layer to the bottom and more to the left, see my tag for reference.
17 Open kitflowers elements40 in psp, it's the frame.
18 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer on your canvas.
19 Move this on top of the rectangles.
20 Take your magic wand, with these settings:
mode:add shift, match mode RGB Value, Tolerance 0, Contiguous checked Feather0 antialias checked, outside.
21 Click inside all the three frames with your magic wand.
22 Selections/Modify/Expand with 5 pixels
23 Open one of the papers in psp, I used paper5.
24 Image/Resize to 1000 pixels width, all layers checked.
25 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
26 Selections/Invert and hit delete once on your keyboard.
27 Move this layer under the frame layer.
28 Take your magic wand again with the same settings, make sure you are on the framelayer but only click inside one of the frames this time.
29 Selections/Modify/Expand with 5 pixels.
30 Open one of the tubes you want to use and move inside of the marching ants from the frame.
31 Selections/Invert and hit delete once on your keyboard.
32 Move this layer under the framelayer but on top of the yellow backgroundlayer you just made for the frame.
33 Repeat step 28 till 31 again for the other two frames with different tubes or different parts of the tube you use, just to your liking.
34 Give the tubes a dropshadow of choice, I used hor and vert 2, opacity 55 blur 5.
35 Open flowers element 19 in psp.(the round light frame)
36 Image/Resize with 50%, all layers checked.
37 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
38 Move this under the circle from the framelayer, see my tag for reference.
39 Give everything a dropshadow of choice.
40 Open flowers elements28 (the tree).
41 Image/Resize 40%, all layers checked,
42 Move this on top of the framelayer, see my tag for reference and dropshadow.
43 Open flowers elements21 (the ribbon)
44 Image/Resize 20%, all layers checked.
45 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
46 Move on top of the two rectanglelayers.
47 Open flowers elements30 (the swirl)
48 Image/Resize 25%, all layers checked.
49 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
50 move this on top of the two rectangle layers to your liking or see my tag for reference.
51 Open flowers elements6 (flower).
52 Image/Resize 25%, all layers checked.
53 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
54 Move this on top of the rectangles, Layers/Duplicate and add some more, see my tag for reference.
55 Open flowers elements 63 and 64 (the birds)
56 Image/Resize 10% all layers checked.
57 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
58 Move them on top of the frames, see my tag for reference.
59 Effects/3D-effects/Dropshadow the things you added.
60 Take a nice swirly font and add your name, I used freebooter script, (null out foreground and use a nice darker color for your background) place it to your liking.
61 Layers/Convert to a raster layer
62 Give it a dropshadow of choice or use eye candy 4000, with these settings:
63 Image/Resize with 80% or to your liking. If you use it as a tag you should resize a bit more.
64 Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
65 File/Export as a jpeg :-) (Or as a png if you prefer, make sure you close the backgroundlayer if you do)
