Supplies
* Scrapkit lovebug, it's a payed kit by Captivated Visions and you can get it here
* Tube of your choice, I used a graphic from Jennifer Janesko. You can buy her art at CILM. Don't use them without a license! (This particular graphic is from the christmas present from CILM)
*WSL mask 173, 174 and 254. You can find them here. Put the masks in your mask folder in your psp files.
* Font of choice
* Filter/ Eyecandy 4000/Gradient Glow (optional)
* My supplies here
Remember to save often :-)

1 Open a new transparent image 700 by 700, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop or resize later, floodfill with white.
2 Open one of the papers in psp, you don't need to resize because this is a taggerskit, if you use your own you might have to resize the papers. I used paper 30.
3 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
4 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your wsl mask 174 with these settings:



Source luminance checked
Fit to canvas checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked

5 Layers/Merge/Merge Group.
6 Open one of the other papers in psp. I used paper 19.
7 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
8 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your wsl mask 173 with these settings:



Source luminance checked
Fit to canvas checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked

9 Layers/Merge/Merge group.
10 Make sure you are on the white background layer.
11 Layers/New raster layer.
12 Floodfill with a light color from your kit, I used #e0ccb7.
13 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your wsl mask 254 with these settings:



Source luminance checked
Fit to canvas checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked.

14 Layers/Merge/Merge group.
15 Move the hearts mask layers a bit to the top of your tag, see mine for reference.
16 Open one of the frame of roses in psp.
17 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
18 Image/Resize with 70%, all layers UNchecked.
19 Click with your magic wand inside the rose frame with these settings:



20 Selections/Modify/Expand with 6 pixels.
21 Open your graphic or tube of choice in psp.
22 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
23 Move it into the frame to your liking and resize if needed. When your satisfied with the result, Selections/Invert.
24 Hit your delete key once.
25 Selections/Select none.
26 Move the layer under the rose frame layer.
27 Give the rose frame layer a dropshadow of choice or use mine:



horizontal 0
vertical 0
opacity 55
blur 5
shadow on new layer UNchecked.

28 Layers/Merge/Merge down, so you have the two layers merged together.
29 Move this layer a bit so it's in the line of the other heart layers. See my tag for reference.
30 Open a few of the gorgeous butterflies in psp. Just choose the ones you like.
31 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
32 Image/Resize to a size you like the most, I played a bit with the settings.
33 Use your picktool to give them a bit of an angle, also to your liking.
34 Give it the dropshadow.
35 Repeat the steps 31 till 34 with all butterflies you use.
36 Open the cv wordart 02 in psp.
37 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
38 Image/Resize with 50 %, all layers UNchecked.
39 Take your text tool and write down your name.
40 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
41 Give it a dropshadow or go to Plugins/Eyecandy4000/Gradient Glow, with the color set to white and the glow width set to 5.
42 Image/Resize with 85% , all layers CHECKED or to your liking.
43 Add your watermark and proper credits if needed.
44 File/Export as a jpeg :-)
