Supplies
* Scrapkit New Years Eve Party by Captivated Visions It's a payed kit and you can buy it at Aussie Scraps
* Tube of your choice, I used a tube from Pin Up Toons These are bought at CILM please don't use without a license!
* Template 121 by Ali You can download it at her site.
* Font Coventry Garden found here
* Optional, Eyecandy 4000/gradient glow.

Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open the template 121 by Ali in psp
2 Shift D to copy the the template and shut down the original.
3 Remove the layer with the watermark, it's the one on top of the layers. Right click on the layer and click delete.
4 Layers/New raster layer.
5 Layers/Arrange/Move to bottom.
6 Floodfill this layer with white.
7 Open three papers from your kit in psp, I used paper 6,8 and 9.
8 Put paper 6 in your foreground of your materials palette, angle 0, scale 100
9 Make sure you are on the black circle layer in your template.
10 Selections/Select all.
11 Selections/Float
12 Selections/Defloat.
13 Floodfill the layer with the paperpattern
14 Selectons/Select none
15 Repeat step 8 to step 14 with the other circle layer (raster7) only change the paper to paper 8. (and make sure you are on the other circle layer in step 9 of course :-)
16 Go to raster 8, the circle layer around the other two.
17 Selections/Select all
18 Selections/Float
19 Selections/Defloat.
20 Layers/New raster layer.
21 Floodfill this layer with the color black.
22 Selections/Select none
23 Next are the two square layers, (Raster2 and copy of raster 2)
24 Repeat the steps 8 to 14 on both layers, only change the foreground to paper 9, and the scale to 50 and make sure you are on the correct layers in step 9 again.
25 Open cv bling frame02 in psp
26 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
27 Image/Resize with 90%, all layers UNchecked.
28 Move this layer on top of your white background layer. If you did this correct you see the layer just around the other circles.See my tag for reference.
29 Open CV confetti silver in psp.
30 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
31 Image/Resize with 90%, all layers UNchecked.
32 Move this layer on top of your white background layer. See my tag for reference.
33 Open CV wordart 02 in psp.
34 Image/Greyscale or leave it as it is if you want to use the colors.
35 Image/Increase color depth/RGB-8 bits channel.
36 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
37 Image/Resize with 40%, all layers UNchecked.
38 Layers/Arrange/Bring to top if needed.
39 Move to the left side of the template, see my tag for reference
40 Open CV party hat 5 and 7 or use the ones you like most in psp.
41 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
42 Image/Resize with 15%, all layers UNchecked.
43 Move one to the left side of the square and one to the right side of the other one, see my tag for reference.
44 Open your tube in psp.
45 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
46 Image/Resize if needed.
47 Move the tube to your liking on the tag.
48 Give everything (except the two patternd circle layers) a dropshadow of choice or use mine:



Vertical: 2
Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 55
Blur: 5
Color: black

49 Take your text tool and put the color black in the foreground of your materials palette and a grey color from your tag in the background, write down your name.
50 Layers/Convert to a raster layer
51 Give it the same dropshadow or use eye candy 4000, with the color white and the glow width set to 5.
52 Add your watermark and the credits if necessary. (if you need to resize the tag, do it first and then add the watermark etc or else it gets blurry.)
53 File/Export as a jpeg :-)
