Supplies

* Scrapkit Imagine by Drama Queen. It's a payed kit and you can buy it at Aussie Scrap Design
* Tube of your choice, I used a tube from Sweet Potato Designs bought here.
* Doodles of choice, I used some doodles of Kay Miller, you can buy them here or use some doodles of your own.
* Font of choice, I used steelfish, you can find it here or use a font of your own.
* Optional Eyecandy 4000, glass.

Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 700 by 700, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop later, floodfill with white.
2 Open 3 frames from the scrapkit in psp.
3 Edit/Copy the first one, Edit/Paste as a new layer on your new working canvas
4 Do the same thing with the other two.
5 Line them up as good as you can, use your rulers if you think it's easier. (View rulers to turn them on and again to turn them off)
6 If your satisfied turn of your white background layer and merge visible, now you have a square frame.
7 Click with your magic wand with these settings in the first frame:

8 Layers/New raster layer
9 Floodfill with one of the papers from your kit, I opened them all up in psp and minimized them, then set the foreground of your materials palette to pattern with the settings, Angle: 0 Scale: 50 and fill.
10 Put this layer under your frame layer.
11 Go back to your frame layer and repeat steps 7 until 10 with another paper and so on untill you filled all the frames.
12 When your satisfied turn of your backgroundlayer and Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.
13 Open your flowers and bows from the kit, resize them and put them in the frame to your liking, see my tag for reference.
14 Open bow 8, and 10 or some of the other colors to put them on the frame. I mirrored one of them.
15 Give everything a dropshadow:

horizontal: 0
vertical: 0
Opacity: 8
Blur: 5
shadow on new layer NOT checked and color is black.

16 Open your tube and place it to the right side of your frame square (see my tag for reference)
17 Move the frame square a bit to the left but make sure you still have room for the doodles on all sides.
18 Give it a dropshadow of your choice.
19 Open your doodles and colorize if needed.
20 Edit/Copy and paste as a new layer. Move them all on top of your white background layer so they are under the frame layer.
21 Open one of the tags from the kit and place them under the frame layer but on top of the doodles.
22 Give it a dropshadow
23 Resize your image with 75 %, all layers CHECKED.
24 Use your texttool to write your name on the tag, and give it a dropshadow.
(or convert to a raster layer and go to Effects/Plugins/Eyecandy 4000/Glass with these settings:

All settings default and use the color you used for the name as the glass color.

25 Add your watermark and proper credit if necessary
26 Save as a jpeg.

That's it!!! I hope you had fun making this tutorial.
