1 Open a new transparent image 800 by 800, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop later, floodfill with white.
2 Layer/New raster layer
3 Open one of your papers from the kit in psp, I used paper 8 and put it in the foreground of your materials palette, angle 0, scale 100
4 Floodfill this layer with the paper.
5 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your sg_star mask from sandie with these settings:

Source Luminance checked
Fit to layer checked
Invert transparency checked
Hide all mask checked

6 Layers/Merge/Merge group
7 Resize this layer with 50%, all layers UNchecked and move it to the top left corner.
8 Layers/Duplicate
9 Move this layer next to the other starlayer so they line up, see my tag for reference.
10 Make sure you are on the white bottom layer and go to Layers/New raster layer.
11 Open another paper from your kit, I used paper 2.
12 Floodfill this layer with the paper by putting it in the foreground of your materials palette with the same settings as the other one, and use your floodfill tool.
13 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your wsl mask4 from weescotslass with these settings:

same settings, only UNcheck the invert transparency tab

14 Layers/Merge/Merge group
15 Open one of the necklace tubes in psp, I used the one with the black flowers.
16 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer on your canvas
17 Layers/Arrange/Bring to top
18 Resize with 80%, all layers UNchecked.
19 put it on the tag like it's dangling from the two stars you made.
20 I used my eraser tool, to erase some of the strings so it looks like it's dangling from the stars.
21 Open all 6 flowers in PSP, I resized them all with 10%, all layers CHECKED and put them on the tag.
22 Now arrange them all on the star, see my tag for reference or do to your own liking.
23 Open your tube and resize if necessary.
24 Edit/Copy, Esit/Paste as a new layer.
25 I used a sitting tube so I could put her on the necklace swing :-)
26 Open the butterflies from the kit in psp, resize in different sizes and put them around the tag to your liking.
26 Open one of the bags and the other necklace from your scrapkit and resize them a lot to make them fit the tube. I put the necklace in one hand and the bag in the other. This is on girly girl I tell ya :-)
27 Give all embellishments you want to stand out a dropshadow of choice or use mine:

Horizontal: 0
Vertical: 0
Opacity: 55
Blur: 5
color: black
shadow on new layer UNchecked.

28 Resize with 70%, all layers CHECKED.
29 Use your texttool and a nice curly font to write down your name.
30 Layer/Convert to a raster layer.
31 Give it a dropshadow or use Eye Candy 4000/Gradient glow with the default settings and the color a color from your tag. I used a pink color.
32 Add your watermark and the copyright info
33 Save as a jpeg.

That's it!!! I hope you had fun making this tutorial.
