Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 700 by 700, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop later, floodfill with white.
2 Open frame 1 from your scrapkit in psp.
3 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer on your working canvas and leave it in the middle
4 Take your magic wand and click with it in the first frame with these settings:

5 Selections/Modify/Expand by 8
6 Open one of the papers in your psp, I used paper4 and resize it to 600 by 600 and put it in the foreground of your materials palette.
7 Layers/New raster layer.
8 Floodill the layer with your paper.
9 Select none
10 Move this layer down, under the frame layer.
11 Do the same thing with the other framepart, make sure you select it all, you have to click a few times around the flowers to select it. I used paper3.
12 DON'T select!
13 Open one of your tubes in psp.
14 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer
15 move this in your frame, when your satisfied, Selections/Invert, and hit delete once on your keyboard.
16 Move the paperlayer and the tube layer under the frame layer.
17 Give the framelayer a dropshadow of choice, I used this

Horizontal: 2
Vertical: 2
Opacity: 55
Blur 5
color: black
shadow on new layer UNchecked

18 Give the same dropshadow to the tube
19 Make sure you are on the white backgroundlayer.
20 Layers/New raster layer
21 Floodfill with a light color matching your tag
22 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your wsl mask 83 with these settings:

Source luminance checked
Fit to layer checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked

23 Layers/Merge/Merge group
24 Open the flower tubes from the kit, resize and put them on the tag. I put one under the second frame layer and one in front of the first part of the frame.
25 Open the tubes and put them on the tag where you would like them. It depends on the tubes you use how this will come out.. I had one sitting on the frame and one in front of it.
26 Give the tubes the same dropshadow
27 Open the pail3 tube, resize and put it in front of the second part of the frame.
28 Open the birds and the bow, resize them and put them on the tag.
29 Open the wordart, colorize and resize if necessary and put them on the tag as well
30 I gave all embellishments etc this dropshadow:

Horizontal: 0
Vertical: 0
Opacity: 35
Blur 5
color: black
shadow on new layer UNchecked

31 Image resize by 75% all layers CHECKED.
32 Add your watermark and necessary copyright.
33 Save as a jpeg!

That's it!!!

I hope you had fun making this tag
