Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 800 by 800, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop or resize later, floodfill with white.
2 Open one of the papers from your kit, I used paper 11.
3 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
4 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your wsl mask 42 with these settings:

Source luminance checked
Fit to canvas checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked.

5 Layers/Merge/Merge group.
6 Open frame 03 in psp.
7 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
8 Move a bit to the right side of the tag.
9 Click inside the frames with your magic wand with these settings:

mode add shift, match mode RGB value, tolerance 0, contiguous checked, feather 0, anti alias checked, outside checked.

10 Open your tube of choice in psp.
11 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
12 Move inside the frame.
13 Layers/Duplicate.
14 Move one of the tube layers under the frame layer and one on top.
15 Make sure you are on the bottom tube layer and go to Selections/Invert.
16 Hit delete once on you keyboard.
17 Selections/Select none.
18 Now go to the top layer and remove the parts from the frame you don't want to be visible with your remover tool, I removed the parts in the middle and on the bottom of the frame but I wanted the tube to peek out the frame so I left the head as it was. You don't have to be careful with the remover tool because you have the tube on the bottom to cover for it :-)
19 Open moonchild glitter in psp
20 I colorized it but you can leave it as it is if you like.
21 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
22 Image/Resize with 70% all layers UNchecked.
23 Move to the left side of the frame, see my tag for reference.
24 Layers/Duplicate.
25 Image/Mirror.
26 Move a bit to the bottom of the frame or to your liking.
27 Open swirl 01 in psp.
28 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
29 Move this on top of the masklayer but under the frame layer to the bottom of the tag.
30 Open butterfly one in psp.
31 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
32 Image/Resize with 25%, all layers UNchecked.
33 Move this on the tag to your liking, I duplicated a few times (Layers/Duplicate) and resized them a bit in different sizes. I also gave some of them an angle with my picktool.
34 Open gemstone 1 and bow 4 in psp.
35 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
36 Image/Resize the gem with 25%, and the bow with 35%, all layers UNchecked.
37 Move them on the tag to your liking, I put them on my frames and duplicate them both a few times if you like to have a few more.
38 Give everything you want to stand out a dropshadow of choice or use mine:

horizontal 0
vertical 0
opacity 55
blur 10
color white
shadow on new layer UNchecked.

39 Image/Resize with 70% , all layers CHECKED or to your liking
40 Take your texttool and write down the words you want to use or use my wordart that is in the supplies. I you don't you can use a few different fonts, foreground of materials palette set to transparent and the background to black. I gave it a glow, go to Plugins/Eyecandy 400/Gradient glow with the widht set to 5 and a light color from your tag.
The name I did the same way but with the gradient glow set to white.
41 Add your watermark and proper credits if needed.
42 File/Export as a jpeg :-)

That's it!!!
I hope you had fun making this tag
