This tut uses PSPX2 but can be used with other versions.

* Scrapkit Timeless by Tootypup . It's a payed kit and you can buy it at Aussie Scraps
* Tube of your choice, I used a tube from Jamie Kidd, bougth at CILM. Please don't use without a license!
* WSL mask 84, found here
* A font of choice
Remember to save often :-)
1 Open clocks 5 in psp.
2 Image/Canvas size to 800 x 800, center arrow checked.
3 Layers/New raster layer.
4 Layers/Arrange send to bottom.
5 Floodfill with a color of your tube or your scrapkit. I used #a0a697.
6 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your WSL mask 84 with these settings:
Source luminance checked
Fit to canvas checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked
7 Layers/Merge/Merge group.
8 Layers/New raster layer.
9 Layers/Arrange send to bottom
10 Floodfill with a light color from your tube or your scrapkit if you want to save a jpeg. I used #ebece9. Ofcourse you can use white too if you like.
11 Move the clocktube a bit to the right top of the tag.
12 Open your tube in psp.
13 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
14 Move to the left side of the tag.
15 Give this a dropshadow or choice or use mine:
Vert and Hor 2, Opacity 55, blur 5, color black, shadow on new layer UNchecked.
16 Open doodle 1 in PSP.
17 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
19 Move this layer under the tube layer and to the left, see my tag for reference.
20 Open petals3 in PSP.
21 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
22 Move to the top left side of the tag, see mine for reference and move the layer under the doodle layer.
23 Open butterfly 1, and butterfly 3 in PSP.
24 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
25 Move on top of the tube on the bottom of the tag, see mine for reference.
26 Give one of them an agle with your picktool.
27 Give these a dropshadow.
28 Open doodlea in PSP (small vine)
29 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
30 Move to the left side of the tag under the butterfly layer.
33 Move on top of the other butterfly.
34 Take a curly font and write your name. I used a light color for the foreground and a dark color as background,stroke width 1.
35 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
36 Give it an inner bevel with these settings:
Bevel 2, Width 31, Smoothness 20, Depth 8, Ambience 7, Shininess 19, Color white, Angle 315, Intensity 50, Elevation 30.
37 Give it a dropshadow.
38 Image/Resize with 80% or to your liking, all layers CHECKED.
39 Add your watermark and proper credits if needed.
40 File/Export as a jpeg :-) or if you prefer as a png file ( make sure you close of the backgroundlayer if you do so)
