Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental
and unintentional.
This tut uses PSPX2 but can be used with other versions.

Please do not share this or place on another website!!
Excuse the bad example, it doesn't have that noisy thing on the real tag but I can't get it when I upload.

Supplies

* Beautiful scrapkit holly jolly christmas by Tammy Scraps. It's a payed kit and you can buy it here here or here.
* Tube of your choice, I used tubes from the scrapkit.
* Fonts of choice, just take one you like, or use mine.
* Snow (supplies)
* My supplies here
You need Animationshop for this one if you want to add the snow.

Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 800 by 800, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop or resize later, floodfill with white.
2 Open the christmas window in psp.
3 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
4 Move it a bit to the bottom of the page
5 Open christmas tree in psp, resize with 50%. all layers CHECKED.
6 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer
7 Move this to the right side of the window, see my tag for reference.
8 Open the angel from the kit, resize with 70%, all layers CHECKED.
9 Move this to the top, left side of the tag, see mine for reference
10 Open the christmas elf in psp
11 Image/Mirror
13 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer
14 Resize to your liking and just smalle enough to let her watch through the window.
15 Open the roadsign in psp, there are two, just pick one you like
16 Resize with 40%, all layers CHECKED.
17 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer
18 Move this under the windowlayer to the left side, see my tag for reference.
19 Take you rectangle tool with these settings:

20 Make a rectangle in your window, like this:

it doesn't have to be the same as I did as long as you stay in the window and cover all 4 of them (I closed down a few of the layers so it's easier for you to see.
21 Layers/New raster layer
22 Open one of the papers from your kit, I used paper12.
23 Edit/Copy, Edit paste into selection.
24 Selections/Select none
25 Move this layer down till it's on the white backgroundlayer.
26 Open a doodle of choice in PSP, I used doodle1
27 Image resize with 70%, all layers CHECKED.
28 move this to the left top, on the white backgroundlayer to you liking.
29 Layers/Duplicate
30 Image/Mirror
31 Give all layers a dropshadow to your liking or use mine:

32 you should now have something like this:

(I've made it smaller for the printscreen)

33 Take your texttool and use a nice christmasfont to add your name to it.
34 You can use eyecandy for a nice glow or give it a dropshadow of choice.
35 Open bow4, resize and put it on the top of the first letter if you use my font.
36 Give it a dropshadow
37 Image/Resize with 70%, all layers CHECKED.
38 Add your watermark and necessary credits.

Animation Shop

1 Now comes the tricky part, the snow. Open my snow from the supplies in animation shop.
2 Go back to PSP and close down all layers except the white bottomlayer, the doodles, the blue backgroundlayer, this should be the bottom four layers in your layer palette.
3 Edit/Copy special/Copy merged
4 Edit paste as a new animation in AS.
5 Hit control L 9 times until you have 10 frames. The snow has 10 frames too so we need that.
6 Go to the snow animation.
7 Edit/Select all, Edit/Copy
8 Back to your background template, Edit/Select all.
9 Edit/Paste into selected frame. Make sure you are on the blue frame, try to fit it as well as possible and click once. If you did this correct the snow is on top of the blue background. You can check with the view animation button, it's the second last one on the right.
10 Go back to your psp, close down the four layers and open the rest.
11 Edit/Copy special/Copy merged
12 Edit paste as a new animation in AS.
5 Hit control L 9 times until you have 10 frames.
13 Edit/Select all, Edit/Copy
14 Back to your background template, Edit/Select all.
15 Edit/Paste into selected frame
16 Make sure you place it on top of it so everything fits just fine.
17 That's it, cool beans huh? :-)
18 Now you can save this as a gif by using your optimation wizzard
