Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 600 by 600, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop later, floodfill with white.
2 Layers, new raster layer.
3 Open one of the papers from the kit in psp and put it in the foreground of your material palette. I used FI-BooPaper4.
4 Floodfill the layer with your paper.
5 Layers/Load/save mask, Load mask from disk, find sg_halloween2 and load it with these settings:

Source Luminance checked
Fit to layer checked
Invert transparency checked
Hide all mask checked

6 Layers/Merge/Merge group
7 Image resize with 90%, all layers UNchecked.
8 Open one of the film strips in psp, I used the black one.
9 Image/Rotate right
10 Copy and paste on you working image
11 Resize with 70%, all layers UNchecked.
12 Move it in the blank space on the left, see my tag for reference
13 Open the bows you want to use in psp and resize them to your liking. I put a few on top of eachother but it's up to you how you do it :-)
15 Open the charms you want to use and the keyring. Resize them to your liking and hang them on the filmstrip, like it's a little ladder :-)
16 I removed some of the charm so it looks like it's dangling. Use your eraser tool to do this.
17 Open a few balloons, resize them to your liking and decorate them on the tag too.
18 Open your main tube, in my case it's the girly witch, resize if needed and put her on the tag, make sure she is on the top layer.
19 Give all embellishments and the tube a dropshadow, I used this:

Horizontal/Vertical: 2
Opacity: 55
Blur: 5

20 Open your other tube, I used a witch hat and resize it to your liking.
21 Edit/Copy your tube and paste it on the working space.
22 Move this layer under the filmstrip layer so the hat will move under that strip when we put it in AS (Animation Shop)
23 Put in on the bottom of the filmstip.
24 Use your texttool and a nice font to put your name to the tag, I used Gigi.
24 Resize the tag with 85%, all layers CHECKED.
24 Add your watermark and necessary copyright information.
25 That's it for psp,we now take it into Animation shop.

Animation Shop

1 Left click on the top of the tag in psp with your mouse and use copy merged, go to AS and paste it as a new image.
2 Back to PSP, move the little head a bit more to the top, copy merged and got to Edite/Paste in AS after current frame.
3 Back to PSP, move the hat a bit more to the top and do the same thing until you have it on top of the filmstrip.
4 Count your frames, I have six.
5 Edit/Select all
6 Animation/Frame properties
7 Put the display time on 25
8 Edit/Select none
9 go to the last frame, click on it to highlight it and put the display time on 100 on this frame
