This tut uses PSPX2 but can be used with other versions.

Supplies
* Scrapkit Holiday Treats by Just a girl's Design It's a payed kit and you can buy it at Designer Scraps.
* Tubes of your choice, I used 5 tubes from DigiWebStudio
*WSL mask 192. you can find them here. Put the masks in your mask folder in your psp files.
* Fonts of choice.
* Wordart from Nicole LeBlanc or use one of your own, her's is in my supplies
* Optional Eyecandy 4000 gradient glow.
* My supplies here
Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 700 by 700, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop or resize later, floodfill with white.
2 Open round frame sweet from your kit in psp.
3 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
4 Image/Resize with 50%.
5 Layers/Duplicate
6 Image/Resize with 75%.
7 Layers/Duplicate
8 Image/Resize with 75%
9 See my tag for reference how to arrange them .
10 Open a few papers into psp, I used 5, 7 and 13
11 Image/Resize them all to 700 by 700 pixels, smart size checked.
12 Put one of them in the foreground of your materials palette, angle 0, scale 100.
13 Click with your magic wand inside the biggest ring with these settings



14 Selections/Modify/Expand with 5 pixels
15 Layers/New raster layer.
16 Floodfill this layer with the paperpattern.
17 Do NOT deselect yet but open on of the tubes you want to use.
18 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
19 Image/Resize if needed, it depends on the tube you use.
20 Put the tube inside the frame.
21 When you're satisfied, selections/Invert
22 Hit the delete key on your keyboard once.
23 Selections/Select none.
24 Move the two layers under the frame layer you worked in.
25 Give the tube a dropshadow of choice or use mine:



horizontal 0
vertical 0
opacity 55
blur 5
color black
shadow on new layer UNchecked.

26 Give the frame the same dropshadow.
27 Make sure you are on the frame layer.
28 Layers/Merge/Merge down
29 Layers/Merge/Merge down again.
30 When you did this correct you have a frame, background and tube on one layer.
31 Repeat steps 12 to 29 to both of the other frames with a different paper and a different tube.
32 Make sure you are on your white background layer.
33 Open another paper from the kit, I used paper 9
34 Image/resize to 700 by 700 pixels and put in the foreground of your materials palette with the same settings.
35 Layers/New raster layer.
36 Floodfill this layer with the paperpattern.
37 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your wsl mask 192 with these settings:



Source luminance checked
Fit to canvas checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked

38 Layers/Merge/Merge group.
39 Open your main tube in psp
40 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
41 Image/Resize if needed.
42 Put the tube to the right side of the tag, see mine for reference.
43 I also used a tube from a tree to put behind the main tube.
44 Give them a dropshadow.
45 Open the berry decorations3 in psp.
46 Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize in a color of choice, I used Hue 0, Saturation 94
47 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
48 Image/Resize with 60%.
49 Move this layer on top of the masklayer and put it to the left side of the tag.
50 Layers/Duplicate
51 Image/Mirror
52 Arrange it to the right side, see my tag for reference.
53 Open christmasflower1 and 5 in psp.
54 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
55 Image/Resize the first one with 40%
56 Image/Resize the second one with 25%
57 Arrange them on the tag, see mine for reference.
58 Give them the same dropshadow.
59 Open the basket in psp.
60 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
61 Image/Resize with 20%.
62 Open the wordart in psp.
63 Mine is already colorized so you can use it the way it is or use your own.
64 Arrange to the top of the tag, see mine for reference.
65 Take your texttool and a fancy font and write down your name on the bottom of the tag.
66 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
67 Effects/Plugins/Eyecandy4000/Gradient glow with the default settings and the glow a color of your tag, or give it a nice dropshadow of choice.
68 Image/Resize with 70%, all layers CHECKED. or to your liking.
69 Add your watermark and necessary credits if needed.
70 File/Export as a jpeg :-)
