Supplies
* Scrapkit beach breeze from A Designs By Lena , it's a PTU kit and you can buy it at aussie scraps
* Graphic of your choice, I used one from Suzanne Woolcott You can buy her tubes at her site here. Please don't use without a license!
* Template by Kittz Creations here
* Font of choice, I used LD Jilly Nilly
* Optional, Alien skin/Eyecandy 5/Impact/Gradient glow.

Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open your template in psp.
2 Shift D to copy and close the original.
3 Delete the copyright layer.
4 Image/Canvas size to 700 by 700 middle arrow checked. That gives you some more room to play.
5 Floodfil the backgroundlayer with a light color of your kit or white if you prefer. Remember when you save as a jpeg, this will be the background color.
6 Make the rounded rectangle layer active.
7 Effects/Plugins/Alien skin eye candy 5/Nature/Gradient glow with these settings:



8 Make circle 1 layer active
9 Selections/Select all, Selections/Select Float, Selections/Select Defloat.
10 Selections/Modify/Expand with 5 pixels
11 Open your Image in psp
12 Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a new layer.
13 Move inside the circle and when your satisfied go to Selections/Invert and hit delete once on your keyboard. Don't deselect yet!
15 Go to Selections/Invert again
16 Layers/New raster layer
17 Effects/3D-effects/Cutout with these settings:


vert and hor 0, opacity 100, blur 15, color black and fill interior with color UNchecked.

18 Make rounded rectangle 1 active
19 Selections/Select all, Selections/Select Float, Selections/Select Defloat.
20 Layers/New rasterlayer.
21 Open up one of the papers, I used paper 13. Put this in the background of your materialspalette, angle 0, scale 100
22 Floodfill this layer with the paper
23 Selections/Select none.
24 Make circle 2 active
25 Repeat eyecandy from step 7.
26 Make white shape layer active.
27 Selections/Select all, Selections/Select Float, Selections/Select Defloat.
28 Layers/New rasterlayer.
29 Open up one of the papers, I used paper 12 an repeat steps 21 to 23.
30 Make white shape layer active and repeat the eyecandy from step 7
31 Make the vertical layer active
32 Selections/Select all, Selections/Select Float, Selections/Select Defloat.
33 Layers/New rasterlayer.
34 Open up one of the papers, I used paper 02 and repeat steps 21 to 23.
35 Repeat eyecandy from step 7.
36 Open the flower branch from the kit in psp.
37 Image/Resize with 60%, all layers CHECKED.
38 Image/Free rotate, left 90 degrees.
39 Move on top of the vertical layer, see mine for reference.
40 Open flower 5, 2 and 14 in psp, resize to your liking and put them on the tag, see mine for reference. I resized them with 50%, all layers UNchecked except flower 2, I left it at a 100%.
41 Open bow 1 in psp.
42 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
43 Image/Resize with 50%, all layers UNchecked.
44 Move to the top of the rectangle layer on the branch.
45 Layers/Duplicate.
46 Image/Flip and move to the other side of the branch.
47 I used flower 5 again to put on the swirl layers. Resize with 14% all layers UNchecked.
48 Layers/Duplicate to your liking but make sure you have two on the right side of the tag, see mine for reference.
49 Make sure you are on the bottomlayer.
49 Open the cloud in psp.
50 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
51 Move to the top of the tag, see mine for reference.
52 Layers/Duplicate.
53 Image/Flip.
54 Open the kite from the kit in psp.
55 Image/Mirror.
56 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
57 Image/resize with 50%, all layers UNchecked.
58 Move to the right side of the tag, see mine for reference.
59 Give everything you want to stand out a dropshadow of choice, I used hor, vert 2, opacity 55, blur 5 as almost always ;)
60 Open bubble in psp.
61 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
62 Image/resize with 40%, all layers UNchecked.
63 Move on top of the flowers on the right side of the tag.
64 Take your texttool and write your name.
65 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
66 Repeat the eyecandy or give a nice dropshadow.
67 Crop the tag with your croptool if needed. I don't like big area's around the tag so I made it as small as possible.
68 Image/Resize to your liking.
69 Add your watermark and proper credits.
70 File/Export as a jpeg or as a png file, remember to close the backgroundlayer for the png, to get it transparent!.
