Supplies
* Scrapkit Autumn Bliss by Tammy from This'n'that. It's a payed kit and you can buy it here at aussie scraps.
* Tube of your choice, I used a tube by that came with the kit, it's too cute :-)
* Mask sg_leafy-petal-frame by my dear friend sandie. You can find her gorgeous masks here.
*Mask number 7, (If this is your mask creation please let me know so I can either remove or give credit to you)
Put your mask in your maskfolder in psp.
here's the zip with both of them
* Mura meister, copies filter, wich you can find here, if the link isn't working do a search on the internet :-)

Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 500 by 500, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop later, floodfill with white.
2 Open Flower2_TnT aug19'08. Resize with 30 %, bicubic and all layers CHECKED.
3 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer
4 Effects/Plugins/Mura's meister/Copies with these settings:

Backgroundcolor isn't important

5 Open up Flower4_TnT aug19'08 in PSP, resize with 20%, same settings.
6 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new Layer.
7 Effects/Plugins/Mura's meister/Copies with the same settings only change the number to 15
8 Make sure you are on the white background layer, and then add a new raster layer.
9 Open a paper of choice, I used paper organza. Put it in the foreground of the materials palette, angle 0, scale 100 and floodfill your layer with the paper.
10 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your sg_leafy-petal-frame mask from sandie with these settings:

11 Layers/Merge group
12 Image/Resize with 80%, all layers UNchecked.
13 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your 7 mask with these settings:

same settings as before ony tick the invert transparency box
14 Layers/Merge group.
15 Open your tube and resize if needed. Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
16 Move it in the circle like to your liking. If your satisfied, duplicate this layer.
17 Move one layer underneath the two flower circles.
18 Make sure you are on the toplayer, pick your eraser tool and just erase the parts you want to remove, don't worry about the parts you erase too much because you won't see them on the duplicate.
19 Go to the duplicate layer and erase whatever is coming underneath the flowers. It was just a tiny bit on my tag but yours can be different.
20 Give the layer underneath the circles a dropshadow (not the erased tube layer):

Horizontal 2
Vertical 2
Opacity 55
Blur 5
color black, shadow on new layer UNcheckec

21 Give the same dropshadow to your circle layers.
22 Open tag2 from your scrapkit and resize it to your liking.
23 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as an new layer.
24 Move it so it hangs of the hand of the scarecrow and erase some bits of the line so it looks like he is holding it.
25 Open bowcharm and bowcharm4 from your scrapkit.
26 Resize bowcharm with 40 % and bowcharm4 with 30%.
27Edit/Copy bowcharm and paste it as a new layer, move it on the tag, see my tag for reference.
28 Edit/Copy bowcharm4 and paste it as a new layer, put it on top of the other bow and rotate it slightly with your picktool.
29 Give them the same dropshadow.
30 Take your texttool and a font you like and write your first letter, use colors or patterns from your kit, use your imagination.
31 Layers/Convert to a raster layer
32 Take your texttool again and use another font to write the next of your name.
33 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
34 Give the same dropshadow.
(you can do it any way you want, just put your name vertical or whatever you like)
35 Image/Resize with 80% or to your liking, all layers CHECKED.
36 Add your watermark and proper credit.
37 Save as a jpeg.

That's it!!! I hope you had fun making this tutorial.
