Supplies
* Scrapkit TWas the night by Mary Fran and the Lil bits TWas the night. It's a payed kit and you can buy them at her site Nitwit Collections here
* Tube of your choice, I used a tube from Amanda Fontaine . These where bought at AMI . Don't use this without a license!
*Fonts of choice. I used a round font like 2peas short blonde hair here
*WSL mask 284, found here
* Plugins, eyecandy400 optional
* My supplies here
Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 700 by 700, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop or resize later.
2 Layers/New raster layer.
3 Open one of your papers from the kit in psp. I used heartsyellow.
4 Image/Resize to 700 by 700 pixels.
5 Put this in the foreground of your materialspalette, angle 0 scale 100.
6 Floodfill this layer with your pattern.
7 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your WSL mask 284 with these settings:



Source luminance checked
Fit to layer checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked

8 Layers/Merge/Merge group.
9 Open mat scalloped from your lil bits in psp.
10 Image/Resize with 30%, all layers CHECKED and smart size.
11 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
( Remember if you resize a scrap item and you copied it close the original without saving this, that way you always have the large one in your scrapkit. You can also shift D to duplicate first and close the original and work on the duplicate.)
12 Open frame bow and frame cane in psp.
13 Image/Resize with 30%, all layers CHECKED and smart size.
11 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer for both frames.
12 Arrange them on your tag, see mine for reference.
13 Open two papers in psp. I used stripeltblue and heartsblue.
14 Image/Resize to 700 by 700 pixels.
15 Put one of the papers in your foreground of your materialspalette.
16 Click with your magic wand in one of the frames with these settings:



17 Selections/Modify/Expand with 8 pixels.
18 Layers/New raster layer
19 Floodfill the layer with your paperpattern.
20 Don't deselect yet!
21 Open border stockings in psp.
22 Image/Resize with 15%, all layers CHECKED and smart size.
23 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
24 Move this on top of the frame you are working with, see my tag for reference.
25 When you're satisfied, Selections/Invert
26 Hit delete once on your stockings layer.
27 Selections/Select none.
28 Move both layers under your framelayer.
29 Now do the same thing with the other frame and use the other paper by repeating step 15 till 28.
30 Give everything except the masklayer a dropshadow of choice or use mine:



Horizontal 2
Vertical 2
Opacity 55
Blur 5
color black, shadow on new layer UNchecked

31 Open the tree from the kit in psp.
32 Image/Resize with 15%, all layers CHECKED and smart size.
33 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
34 Open all presents in psp.
35 Image/Resize with 15%, all layers CHECKED and smart size.
36 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer for all 5 presents.
36 Arrange them on the left side of the tag to your liking.
37 Open the tube of choice in psp.
38 Image/resize if necessary.
39 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
40 Move this layer under the packages to the left side of the tag.
42 Give them all the same dropshadow.
43 Open the star and the wordart dear santa in psp.
44 Image/resize the wordart with 20% and the star with 15%, all layers CHECKED and smart size.
45 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
46 Give them the same dropshadow.
47 Take your texttool and find a nice font of choice and write down your name. I put it on the bottom to the right side of the tag.
48 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
49 Add a dropshadow or use eyecandy 400 gradient glow for the default settings and the color white.
50 Image/Resize with 80% or 70% if you want your tag a bit smaller, all layers CHECKED and smart size.
52 Add your copyright and watermark.
53 Save as a jpg.
