Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken


1 1/2 cups bone broth

1 tsp ground cumin  

1 tsp ground turmeric 

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon  

1/2 tsp ground ginger  

1/4 tsp sea salt

2 pounds parsnips, peeled and diced

8 apricots, de-pitted and cut into quarters

6 ethically raised chicken thighs or breasts  

Optional: 1/2 onion, diced (avoid if low FODMAP)


1. Turn your slow cooker onto high heat

2. Add all the ingredients and cook for 4-5 hours

3. Serve and enjoy!
