Slow Cooker Coconut Lime Shredded Beef (Paleo)

Ingredients

1 grassfed cross rib beef roast (~4 lbs)


1 can full fat organic coconut milk

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 cup coconut aminos

3 TBSP Red Boat Fish Sauce

3 TBSP coconut oil


1 TBSP packed lime zest

2 TBSP chopped chives

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp sea saltĀ 


Directions

1. Turn your slow cooker onto high heat

2. Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker

3. Cook for 8-9 hours

4. Serve and enjoy!
